Creamy Rigatoni with shiitake mushrooms recipe

SERVES 2 or 1 incredibly hungry person

– Handful of shiitake mushrooms (soaked for 20 minutes)
– 1/2 cup cooking cream
– Onion powder

– Garlic powder

– Parmesan or Parmigiano

1) Sauté the shiitake mushrooms with butter, until tender and cooked through.
2) Add the cooking cream, garlic and onion powders and mix well. You can also season the cream at this point.
3) Mix, add parmesan or parmigiano cheese and serve with freshly ground pepper on top.
