Spicy Korean Beef that’s ready in less than 5 minutes

Spicy Korean Beef Recipe

– Ground beef or Quorn

– 1 garlic clove

– 1 tbsp soy sauce

– 1/2 tsp agave or brown sugar

– Chilli flakes

– 1/4 tsp ginger

1. Sauté garlic in sesame oil and add the beef.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour all over the browned fragrant meat.
3. Add sesame seeds and eat with rice or add it to a tortilla wrap.

I mixed 1/4 tsp gochujang with garlic mayo to make a spread for the wrap. Feel free to add any other fillings.
